Data we process

• Account data, such as the email address and identifiers needed to sign in to the invite-only beta.
• Telegram data needed to connect a channel you can access.
• Encrypted MT5 credentials used to connect the demo account you choose.
• Logs, including technical and security logs about how the site and the beta are used.

Purposes and legal bases

• To create and run your beta account, and to copy compatible signals to the demo MT5 account you connect: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract or steps before a contract.
• To send service messages about your invite and your account: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the service secure and reliable, using logs: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests. Those interests are security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing failures. They are not used to sell data.
• To meet a legal duty when one applies: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The beta can automatically copy a compatible signal into your demo account using the settings you choose. It does not provide financial advice and it does not guarantee profits or returns. You can pause new copying in the product. Questions about this processing go to privacy@tryautotrader.com.

Processors

These parties process data for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare, for hosting and delivery of this site and related traffic.
• Brevo, for service email.
• Telegram, for the messaging connection you set up.
• The user's broker, which receives the demo-account connection and the orders you configure. The broker also applies its own terms to that account.

Retention

Account data is kept for the life of the beta account and then deleted within a reasonable period after the account is closed, unless a longer period is required by law. Encrypted MT5 credentials are deleted when you remove the connection or the account is closed. Logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse and keep the service reliable.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a legal basis is consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use these rights, email privacy@tryautotrader.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy, garanteprivacy.it.

This notice does not describe a mobile app. Native iOS and Android apps are not available.
